Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Pulse Desk, run by Evectus Solutions in Harare, Zimbabwe. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Your account

Give us a real email address and keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at evectussolution@gmail.com if you think someone else has got into it.

What you can do with Pulse Desk

You may use it to plan your own work and to message and meet the people you work with. Please do not:

• break the law or use it to harass, threaten or deceive anyone;
• send spam, malware or anything that harms other people's devices or accounts;
• try to get into accounts, data or systems that are not yours, or to overload or probe the service;
• use the AI features to produce content that is unlawful or that falsely presents work as someone else's.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Your content

What you put into Pulse Desk stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can run the app for you, as the Privacy Policy describes. You confirm that you have the right to share what you upload.

AI features

Answers, documents, slides and study material written by AI can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything that matters before you rely on it or hand it in. The writing and similarity checks give an estimate, not proof of anything about a piece of writing.

Reminders and alarms

We work to make reminders and alarms arrive on time, but phones, browsers and operating systems can delay or block notifications, and Do Not Disturb or low battery modes can silence them. Do not rely on Pulse Desk as your only alert for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause or stop features, and the service may be down at times. We will try to give notice of changes that matter. Pulse Desk is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Evectus Solutions is not liable for indirect or lost profits or data, or for missed reminders, arising from your use of Pulse Desk. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have by law that cannot be limited.

Ending your use

You can stop using Pulse Desk at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account at evectussolution@gmail.com. We can end or suspend access if these terms are broken or the service is closed.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.

Changes to these terms

If we change them, we update the date at the top. Using Pulse Desk after a change means you accept the new terms.
